Refurb of mainsail cars

Me and Geoff had a good day to do the refitting of the mast cars as the wind was 2-3 knots, first we removed the mast cars keeping them in order as they line up with the different car attachments of cars, this took about two hours to do the work on the refurb, with the mast cars back in place we put up the mainsail fixing it to the boom first then fitting each mast car as the main go’s up the mast when the was completed the wind started to increase just a bit so we pulled on the outhaul to drew back the main to the rear of the boom then dropped  the main down into the lazy jack bag. then went for a nice beer.

Thank you Geoff for all your help on Marathon and me as this was definitely a two handed job.
